1. 2. The procedures for applying for immigration to Ireland are as follows: 1.
To act as a sponsor, one must have the following three requirements: (1) an Irish citizen or a foreign national who has obtained permanent residence;
¢Ú at least 18 years old;
¢Û Adult children or siblings who act as guarantors must be resident in Ireland for at least two years.
The guarantor in Ireland makes a formal application to the Irish Immigration Office to fulfill the guarantee procedures.
Immigration guarantee certificate, is to fill in the Department of Immigration produced “nomination”, also known as the letter of guarantee.
In filling out the nomination form, the guarantor must present a birth certificate, citizenship certificate or passport, naturalization certificate and residence period certificate.
The main items of the nomination are: the nominee’s relationship with the immigration applicant, name, age, marital status, address, job, etc.
After the nomination form is completed, it is sent to the Department of Immigration, along with the identity certificate of the guarantor, naturalization certificate, passport, etc.
After the sponsor fills in the Nomination Form for the immigration applicant and signs the Nomination Form, certain legal responsibilities are confirmed: (1) Guarantee to provide necessary assistance to the insured, be responsible for arranging accommodation at the initial stage after entry, and provide accommodation for one year if necessary;
(2) Responsible for the living expenses of immigrants in the first year;
(3) Responsible for helping immigrants with employment conditions to find jobs;
Or an incapacitated immigrant (male over 56 years old, female over 50 years old) who signs a financial guarantee to cover living expenses for a period of 10 years.
The Immigration Office will send the nomination to the Immigration Department, which will send the nomination to the Embassy in China after approval. The Embassy will then notify the foreign applicant and issue the Application Form for Entry and Settlement in Ireland, indicating the applicant’s file number.

3. The applicant will fill in and return the Application for Entry and Settlement in Ireland. Upon receipt of this form, the Embassy will give points to the applicant according to the content filled in.
If the score does not meet the criteria, the Irish Embassy will inform the applicant of the refusal to enter the country;
If the applicant’s score meets the basic requirements, the Irish Embassy notifies the applicant and issues a letter of nomination with which the applicant can apply to the local public security authorities for a passport to travel abroad and obtain the relevant notarized documents.
If the applicant needs to have a job guarantee, the Australian Embassy or Consulate requires the applicant to have a job guarantee.
4. Send your passport and notarized documents to the Australian Embassy.
They then wait for the embassy to notify them of an interview. Fathers over 60, mothers over 55, and children under 12 are exempt from the interview.
The officials of the embassy and consulate will directly know whether the applicant really meets the immigration conditions, and what other supporting documents need to be reissued.
5. According to the interview, a medical examination form will be issued if the procedures are complete and the relevant requirements are met.
All applicants, whether adult or child, are required to undergo a medical examination.
The medical examination is to be conducted at the local hospital designated by the Embassy, and the purpose of the examination is to check whether the applicant is suffering from a medical condition affecting his/her normal life.
After the examination, the medical examination form and X-rays should be sent to the embassy.
The medical examination form should be signed by the examining physician. If the applicant and the accompanying family members are confirmed to be free of serious diseases, the physician should certify that the applicant is in good health, sound and free from physical defects.
6. The Embassy shall submit the medical examination form and other relevant documents to the Australian Immigration Department for final review.
Embassies and consulates are authorized to issue immigration visas only after approval.
