1. The business permit must be submitted within 6 months after the registration of the company.
2. There are no strict rules on the start-up projects to apply for the permit, but long-term experience shows that the more the industry contributes to Singapore’s technological development, employment, government tax revenue and other aspects, the easier the application will be approved.

6. There is no strict rule on how long you can apply for Singapore permanent resident after the approval of the permit. However, long-term experience shows that the application period of 12 to 24 months can reduce the probability of being rejected by the Immigration Department of Singapore.
