The United States has announced that applications are now open for the 2026 Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarship Program. This program offers international students fully-funded scholarships for Master’s degree programs in the U.S., with durations ranging from one year to longer periods.
Applications must be submitted online by April 30, 2025. The scholarship covers tuition fees, comprehensive health and accident insurance, a monthly living stipend, and round-trip airfare from the student’s home country to the U.S.
Eligibility Criteria for the 2026 Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarship Program

- Hold at least one undergraduate degree.
- Have worked for at least two years after completing their undergraduate degree.

- Three letters of recommendation
- Two personal essays
- Academic transcripts and degree certificates
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- English proficiency test scores (TOEFL, GRE, or GMAT)
Applicants should upload scans of all available transcripts and diplomas from post-secondary institutions. Copies of these documents are required for application to U.S. host institutions. Further instructions may vary by country.

Applicants are asked to list up to four U.S. institutions where they would like to study, in order of preference. They must include specific departments or programs and explain why they have chosen them. PhD and VSR applicants are also required to provide the names of professors they would like to work with at each institution.
