Sheffield University’s Management School is offering significant financial assistance to students enrolling in its MBA program for September 2025, helping to ease the financial burden of studying abroad, particularly for Indian students.
Scholarship Overview
The university is offering a 50% tuition fee waiver to selected students, worth approximately Rs 18.5 lakh, based on the total MBA tuition fee of Rs 37 lakh. The scholarship will be applied directly to tuition fees and is available only to students who have received an admission offer from Sheffield University.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
No separate application is needed for the scholarship. All applicants who gain admission to the MBA program will be automatically considered. The selection process will be based on the applicant’s application form, submitted documents, and performance during the admission interview.
Students who have already received other scholarships or financial aid are not eligible for this scholarship.
Selection Process
The selection panel will review each candidate’s Statement of Purpose (SOP), recommendation letters, and other supporting documents. Applicants will be evaluated based on their responses to key questions such as:
Why do you want to pursue an MBA?
What are your strengths and areas for improvement?
How will an MBA from Sheffield University support your career goals?
How do your professional achievements align with your future plans?
After scoring the responses, the university panel will shortlist candidates, and the final decision will be made by the MBA Programme Director.
