The sum of RMB equivalent to the application fee, tuition fee, living expenses and other necessary expenses in one year specified in the admission letter or other valid admission certificate shall not exceed RMB 500,000.
The term of the loan for studying abroad: it is determined according to the duration of study abroad, the income of the borrower and the guarantee ability of the guarantor and the collateral. Generally, it ranges from 1 to 6 years. The maximum is 6 years for Pudong Development Bank and 10 years for Bank of China.
1. The bank lender will give a reply within 7 working days upon receipt of the borrower’s application materials.

If the lender agrees to the loan, it shall notify the borrower of the amount, term, interest rate and repayment plan of the loan, sign the loan contract and guarantee contract with the borrower and the guarantor, and go through the relevant loan procedures.

5. The loan contract and guarantee contract must be notarized with enforcement effect. The Principal Agency Agreement between the borrower and its domestic agent shall be signed and notarized at the same time as the above contract.
6. The Borrower shall bear the costs of the evaluation, insurance, registration and notarization of the mortgaged property and the pledged property.
At present, the loan guarantee mortgage approved by banks is limited to three kinds of real estate mortgage, pledge and credit guarantee, and the amount of these three kinds of mortgage loans has also been specified.
Real estate mortgage: the loan amount shall not exceed 60% of the value of the mortgage approved by the lender;
Pledge: if national bonds or bank certificates of deposit are used as collateral, the loan amount shall not exceed 80% of the value of the collateral;

Credit guarantee: if a third party provides joint and several liability guarantee, if the guarantor is a legal person recognized by the bank, the full amount can be issued;
If it is a natural person approved by the bank, the loan amount shall not exceed RMB200,000.
