Students at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) considering an international educational experience are encouraged to attend the Study Abroad Fair on Friday, September 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Case Quad. This event is designed to showcase the myriad of study abroad opportunities available to CWRU students.
Participating in a study abroad program can significantly impact a student’s academic and professional trajectory. Research indicates that students who study abroad are more likely to graduate within four years, achieve higher GPAs, and earn $6,000 more annually in their post-graduate careers compared to their peers who do not take part in such programs.
The Study Abroad Fair will present a diverse range of options, including faculty-led courses that take place during school breaks, full summer and semester programs abroad, as well as opportunities for internships and research opportunities internationally.
Attendees will have the chance to engage with international program representatives, CWRU faculty who lead these programs, students who have previously studied abroad, and CWRU’s dedicated study abroad advisors. This event aims to provide comprehensive information on how to integrate a global study experience into the academic journey at CWRU.
