For the applicant who chooses the previously selected branch of China Citic Bank, the passport will be delivered to the specific branch of China Citic Bank from the US embassy or consulate in about 3 to 5 working days.
Please note that China Citic Bank will only keep your passport materials for 15 days. If they are not collected after 15 days, they will be returned to the embassy or consulate.
Therefore, the applicant must collect the passport within 15 days.

For the service of home or office delivery, first of all, it is a fee-based service that requires the applicant to pay the additional delivery fee directly to EMS upon receipt of the passport.
For non-immigrant visa applications, if mailed to the same city where the applicant is applying for the visa, the fee is 24 yuan per copy;
If sent to a city other than where the applicant is applying for the visa, the fee is 34 yuan per copy.
