2. Take photos The applicant shall take special photos of his/her certificate at the photo room of the reservation reception hall at the appointment time with the pre-acceptance number, and get the barcode of the photo.
3. Submit application materials. Submit the completed application form with photos and the required materials to the acceptance window. After being reviewed by the staff, get the “Application Receipt for Private Overseas (China) Certificate”, check the contents of the receipt and sign it.
4. After submitting the application, the applicant shall immediately pay the fee at the collection office with the Receipt of the Application for the Private Overseas Certificate. If the fee is not paid according to the time limit, the date of obtaining the certificate will be notified separately.
If the fee is not paid within one month after the application, the application will be deemed to be abandoned automatically and the application materials will not be returned to the applicant.

Passport: go to the registration hall of the Public Security Bureau where the household registration is located to handle the passport, bring your ID card, household register and RMB.
